At Lula Boo, we believe every wedding dress is beautiful, no matter its style. Quality matters deeply when creating garments for grieving families—and this guides which dresses we can accept.

Not every dress can become an Angel Gown. Sadly, some fabrics aren’t suitable; others may be too aged to withstand the process, have mould on decorations, or simply be too worn or soiled after your wonderful day.

We’ll always be honest with you about whether your dress can be transformed. If it can’t, we’d still love you to donate it—your gown will help us raise funds for postage, packaging, and supplies for our sewers.

 We also have a beautiful space where brides-to-be can come and try on dresses.
